Peek in my cupboards

I thought it might be handy or interesting for folks to know what my "galley base" looks like. That is, what ingredients I try to keep in good supply. I'm sure this list will evolve with my blogging (since that's the whole point), but there are things I won't give up unless we're in Tonga and they just aren't available.
